How the app will work after this? 1. We will be creating our first Customizer Product, the product will have "customize" Button which will redirect to this page ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-4-1024x423.png) 1. From this page the customer can customize and add his/her product to cart directly 2. You can view analytics at you app Menu. There are two types of combos that we currently provide: 1. As a multiple products 2. As a single product ![](https://flydiz.com/images/ss1-1024x520.png) Let's learn to create multiple products bundle for now. ## Step 3 - Enter the name of the combo and its description. - Select the products that you need to add while creating a combo. ![](https://flydiz.com/images/ss2-1024x475.png) - Select the type of discount you want to apply and compare the original and discounted prices. - And you are all done! ## Step 4 - Go to manage deals for previewing all the previously created combos. - From here you can view your previously created bundles by clicking on view on Shopify button or your simply delete your bundles by just clicking on delete button. ![](https://flydiz.com/images/ss3-1024x310.png) # How to create BUY1GETX offer on Shopify? ## Requirements: Your store must have installed "[Bundlediz app](https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-product-bundle-inventory?st_source=autocomplete "Bundlediz app"){rel=""nofollow""}", from Shopify. ## Steps: 1. Create a new "Multiple" Bundle product ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-5-1024x534.png) 2\. in my case i want to add 1 of "[Bio-Wrap Rote Bete](https://zeropercent.de/products/bio-wrap-rote-bete?_pos=1&_psq=wrap&_ss=e&_v=1.0){rel=""nofollow""}" when 1 x is added to cart (**Buy1Get1**),so i set the total quantity to add here 2. ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-6.png) Since the single price of **Bio-Wrap Rote Bete** is 3,19 euros and we have total quantity to 2, so the total product price is now 6.38 euros ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-7-1024x157.png) Now comes, the main tricky part, setting the price of the bundle product to individual price (3.19 euro) only,since when added to cart the app will auto add a total quantity of 2 ;) ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-8-1024x360.png) Make sure to selected compare at price to disabled to, it does not show the original price. Now here is the final Product: ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-9-1024x439.png) Once added to cart,the quantity is set to 2 automatically ;) :and fullfills our BUY1GET1 offer. ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image-10-1024x256.png) # How the inventory works We prefer to create multiple bundles for tracking the number of stocks left in your inventory. As one creates a multiple bundle the products added in that specific bundle appear individually in the customer's cart. While this thing happens our technology tracks down and updates you about the number of stocks left of a particular product. Our system also alerts you when a product is out of stock. While this thing happens the combo becomes out of stock if any one of its products is no longer available or out of stock. Here is an example to show how it works: When a bundle consists of - 1 bedsheet (3 pcs left) - 1 pair of cushion covers (Variant A: 8 pcs Variant B: 12pcs) - 1 pair of pillows (Variant A: 10 pcs Variant B: 6 pcs) Then the bundle is still in stock. Our system just keeps on deducting the amount of stock of each product on every purchase made by your customers. Here is another example of a multiple products bundle to learn about it in a better way. Let us add a fake level of inventory and this is what your bundle will look like: - 1 bedsheet (0 pcs left) - 1 pair of cushion covers (Variant A: 7 pcs Variant B: 11pcs) - 1 pair of pillows (Variant A: 9 pcs Variant B: 5 pcs) As mentioned earlier if any of the product present in the combo is no longer available then the combo itself becomes out of stock. However, it becomes difficult to track down the stocks present in the inventory while creating a single product combo in Shopify as all the products appear as one single product in the customer's cart. Therefore we prefer to create multiple products combo if you need every single detail about your inventory and everything related to it. Simply add the amount for which you want to sell your combos in the required field after selecting the option for the target price. # Why discount is not adding to the checkout? This usually happens when another discount is added by default with an automatic process, let's say a discount is auto added on customer first purchase. Here is how it looks like: ![](https://flydiz.com/images/3-173-1024x552.png) This can be solved by following two ways: **Easy way:** Disable the discount code that auto applies. **Recommended way:** Exclude the products added to the discount code which auto applies. # Installation Demo > Click to watch the below tutorial [![Watch the video](https://img.youtube.com/vi/Z0trtwax2EU/hqdefault.jpg)](https://youtu.be/Z0trtwax2EU){rel=""nofollow""} # Steps Created a bundle with many items & all have fee to be added when added to cart? ### Fee Strategy recommendation Before testing your bundle, set **Fee Strategy** in the app dashboard: - **Bundle with product**: The fee will be bundled with the main product at checkout. This helps in maintaining the inventories,if it is updating from a cloud warehouse which syncs your store inventories. Once you created bundles via [BundleDiz -Combos & inventory](https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-product-bundle-inventory?surface_detail=mrniamster&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=3&surface_type=search){rel=""nofollow""} also this method supports other bundle app like bundle bear if you have already installed The next step is to add fees to the individual products in the bundle, which you can do by [Pfand - deposit & Cart fees](https://apps.shopify.com/pfand-deposit-fee?surface_detail=mrniamster&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=1&surface_type=search){rel=""nofollow""} app Once done, go to the bundle product you hvae created, now try to add to cart, each product item will unpack and get added to cart and also the fees applied to all individual products are also added. This function prevents your combo from being messed up by users. Users frequently try to add and remove a product from the combo but our app does not let the user complete that action. If any user still tries to do so, your combo is automatically deleted from the cart. #### Unlimited bundle products - Add as many products you wish to add to your combos without any restriction with our app and create an eye-catching combo. #### Product type - It doesn't matter what kind of e-commerce store you run, the bundle app is built in such a way that it can use by everyone. One can create combos using it with all kinds of products whether you want to create a combo using garment products or food items and beverages, it works for everyone without any interruption. #### Discount types - Use different kinds of discounts to lure your customers to buy your combos. Increase the number of your average orders of combos and sales using this function and sell your combos at a faster rate. #### High priority support - There's no need to worry if you are facing any issues while using our app. We are available to you 24/7 to help you out by giving solutions to each problem. - Build optimizable combos with our bundle app and sell your products that are blocking the space in your inventory by not selling for a long time and keep a track of your inventory with us. # Add Deposit / Cart Fees to Shopify POS (One-time + Multiple) Pfand fees were previously limited to Shopify Online Store. Now DepositFee also works with Shopify POS for both **multiple** and **one-time** fee flows. ## Demo ![](https://i.ibb.co/v6f88wQz/ezgif-com-video-to-gif-converter.gif) Note: The above demo uses **Bundle with Product** fee strategy. ## Installation & Working Click to Watch the below demo [![watch video](https://img.youtube.com/vi/R9t6Mrv6J7Y/hqdefault.jpg)](https://youtube.com/shorts/R9t6Mrv6J7Y){rel=""nofollow""} Note: The above demo uses **Bundle with Fees** fee strategy. Strong features of DepositFee POS: 1. One Click to apply all the fees to current transaction 2. Supports Percentage fees / Fixed fees 3. Apply Fixed Fees to Bundles (6 x wine bottle = 0.25\*6 auto applied ) 4. Available as Tile on POS screen 5. Supports Cash Rounding. (nearest 0.05) 6. Supports functionality to calculate fee on subtotal or grand total . Works for **Multiple Fees** (per matched product quantity) and **One-time Fees** (single fee per transaction when conditions match). ![](https://flydiz.com/images/image_picker_949B4BD7-A5FE-4AF7-8E91-384C81A574C5-2112-000000412083409D.png) ## Strategy behavior on POS POS now has clear behavior by strategy and fee type: - **Bundle with Product (`bundle_product`)** is recommended for cleaner checkout/cart presentation. - **Multiple + bundle\_product**: handled automatically by transform logic from matched product lines. - **One-time/Single + bundle\_product**: POS adds parent fee item; amount is then handled by rule logic. - **Bundle with Fees (`bundle_fee`)**: existing separate-fee style behavior remains. ### Why this helps 1. Fewer manual adjustments for linked product fees. 2. Cleaner cart behavior with bundle-product strategy. 3. Better consistency between Online and POS behavior. For strategy details and setup guidance, see: - [DepositFee Fee Strategy: Bundle with Product vs Bundle with Fees](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-fee-strategy-bundle-fee-vs-bundle-product) ## How to create fees for Shopify POS Use these steps from the Dashboard: 1. Open **DepositFee** and click **Create Fee**. 2. Choose **Fee Type**: - **Fixed** (flat amount), or - **Percentage** (for example `10` = 10%). 3. Choose fee behavior: - **Multiple**: apply per matched product quantity. - **One-time/Single**: apply once per cart when conditions match. 4. In **Fee Strategy**, select: - **Bundle with Product** (recommended), or - **Bundle with Fees**. 5. Configure matching conditions: - **Product** condition, - **Cart** condition (quantity/price), - condition match mode: **ANY** or **ALL**. 6. Set **Platform** to **POS** (or **All**). 7. Set fee **Active** and click **Save**. ## Quick setup examples ### Example A: Multiple fee (per product) 1. Type = **Multiple** 2. Fee Type = **Fixed** (e.g. `0.25`) or **Percentage** 3. Select linked products in Product condition 4. Strategy = **Bundle with Product** 5. Save and test with different quantities ### Example B: One-time fee (once per transaction) 1. Type = **Single/One-time** 2. Fee Type = **Fixed** (e.g. `5.00`) or **Percentage** 3. Use Cart condition (e.g. qty > 4 or price threshold) 4. Strategy = **Bundle with Product** (recommended) or **Bundle with Fees** 5. Save and test by changing cart totals/qty ## How to test on POS 1. Open Shopify POS and add products to cart. 2. Tap **Apply Fees** tile. > Clicking on Apply Fee tile is not required for multiple + bundle\_product fees, which are handled automatically when products are added/updated. 3. Verify expected behavior: - Multiple fee follows matched product/cart rules. - One-time fee applies once when conditions are satisfied. 4. Change quantities or products and re-check fee behavior. # DepositFee: Apply discount only on products (ignore fee amounts in bundled carts) ![Discount Features](https://i.ibb.co/W4b6bJfD/discount-feautres.png) If your cart includes fee amounts (for example Pfand/deposit fees), normal percentage discounts can accidentally discount the fee part too. With the new **Discount Ignoring Fees** feature in DepositFee, your discount is applied only on product value. ## What this solves - Excludes products with `product_type = deposit_fee` from discount base. - Supports **Bundle with Product** (`bundle_product`) where fee is merged into the parent line. - Subtracts embedded fixed bundle fee amount before applying the discount percentage. ## Example Cart: - Product A: `27.99` - Bundle fee (embedded): `15.00` - Discount: `10%` Old behavior (wrong): - Discount on `42.99` => `4.30` New behavior (correct): - Discount base: `42.99 - 15.00 = 27.99` - Discount: `10% of 27.99 = 2.80` (rounded) ## How to use 1. Open Shopify Admin > **Discounts**. 2. Create a discount using the DepositFee discount type: **Discount Ignoring Fees**. 3. In settings, choose **Applies to**: - All products - Specific products - Specific collections 4. Set your percentage and save. How it works: Depositfee now excludes fee products (deposit\_fee) from discount calculations. For bundle-product fee scenarios, it also removes embedded fee amounts from the discount base before applying the percentage. This ensures your discount is applied only to real product value, not fee value. ## Notes New discount type: Discount Ignoring Fees Works with Shopify discount codes and automatic discounts Supports: - All products - Specific products - Specific collections Works for both discount code and automatic app discount flows using the same function setup. - Delivery discount target remains unchanged (no shipping discount operation from this feature). - For percent-based credit card fees, only direct `deposit_fee` lines are excluded; embedded fixed bundle fees are subtracted from merged lines. ## Related guides - [DepositFee Fee Strategy: Bundle with Product vs Bundle with Fees](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-fee-strategy-bundle-fee-vs-bundle-product) - [How to add Fees to Product Bundles individually in Shopify](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/bundleone/depositfee-how-to-add-fees-to-product-bundles-individually-in-shopify) - [Add fees to products inside bundle product](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-add-fees-to-products-inside-bundle-product-on-shopify) - [FAQ: Why fees are not adding](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-faq-why-fees-are-not-adding) # Display Matching Fees Banner on Product Pages ![feenoticebanner](https://i.ibb.co/GQBwSvcN/image.png) ## Requirement If you ever wanted to showcase the fee LABEL/BADGE on your product page? This will surely help in many ways and works intelligently. - 1\. Giving user's consent before purchasing. - 2\. Complying with Legal Rules (EU GDPR) - 3\. Shows the fee which is assigned to the particular product, if no fee is assigned to it will not appear. For the above reason, we thought to publish this feature to the app & its finally here , Thanks & shout out - to [sweet-street.de](https://sweet-street-gmbh.myshopify.com/ "https://sweet-street-gmbh.myshopify.com/"){rel=""nofollow""} store, for allowing us to know it better. ## Demo [![Watch Video](https://img.youtube.com/vi/ZlsNEh0Jzds/hqdefault.jpg)](https://youtu.be/ZlsNEh0Jzds){rel=""nofollow""} ## Installation (Recommended) 1\. Open **Online Store → Customize**. 2\. Go to a product page template. 3\. Click **Add block** and select **Fee notice**. 4\. Drag the block where you want it to appear (usually near the price or add-to-cart). The block will always show inside the theme editor for easy styling. On the live storefront it will only appear if the product has a fee assigned. ### Tokens You can use these tokens in both **Header text** and **Content**: - `{feename}` → fee name - `{feeprice}` → fee price Example: ```text Header text: Additional fee for {feename} Content: An additional fee of {feeprice} will be added to the cart for this product. ``` ## Manual Installation (Legacy) If you prefer manual theme edits, place this block in your product template (e.g., `main-product.liquid`): ```html [main-product.liquid]
``` ## Customization Notes - `borderColor`, `bgColor`, `textColor`, `headerTextColor`, `headerBgColor` accept hex or named colors. - `borderRadius` accepts a number (px). - Tokens `{feename}` and `{feeprice}` are supported in both `headerText` and `feetxt`. # FAQ ::accordion :::accordion-item{icon="i-lucide-circle-help" label="Why my Shop reloads ? Open DepositFee dashboard 2. Click **Create Fee** (or edit an existing fee) 3. In **Fee Information**, go to **Fee Strategy** 4. Choose **Bundle with Product** (preferred) or **Bundle with Fees** 5. Save/Update the fee ## What changed (21/2/26) - **Bundle with Product** is now the recommended/default strategy in DepositFee setup. - **Online Store:** `bundle_product` uses cart transform expansion for cleaner cart/checkout presentation and better fee-product linking. - **Online Store:** checkout/buy-now blocking logic is focused on `bundle_fee` flows only, so `bundle_product` keeps a smoother purchase experience. - **POS:** Apply flow skips `multiple + bundle_product` manual fee injection (auto/cart-transform handling path). - **POS:** `single/onetime + bundle_product` adds the fee parent item, then pricing is handled by rule logic. ### Why this matters - Cleaner cart UX with fewer unexpected blocks for eligible `bundle_product` setups. - Better separation of fee behavior by strategy (`bundle_fee` vs `bundle_product`). - More consistent handling between Online and POS for one-time fee scenarios. ## Current limitations - Fee Strategy affects how the fee is represented in checkout, not your fee trigger conditions or matching rules. - Existing fees keep their saved strategy until you edit and update that fee. - Strategy behavior is primarily intended for Online Store checkout flows; display can vary across channels/apps (for example POS or custom checkout integrations). - Theme/app customizations can affect how cart or checkout line items are rendered visually. - Dashboard preview images are guidance previews, not a real-time checkout simulation. ## Related guides - [How to create Pfand deposit fees in Shopify](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-create-pfand-deposit-fees-in-shopify) - [Display matching fees on product pages](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-display-matching-fees-on-product-pages) - [Add fees to products inside bundle product](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-add-fees-to-products-inside-bundle-product-on-shopify) - [How to add fees to product bundles individually](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/bundleone/depositfee-how-to-add-fees-to-product-bundles-individually-in-shopify) - [Add deposit/cart percentage fees in Shopify POS](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-add-deposit-cart-fees-to-shopify-pos-percentage-fees) - [FAQ: Why fees are not adding](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-faq-why-fees-are-not-adding) - [How to create range based fees in Shopify](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-create-range-based-fee-in-shopify) # Add fees to individual or multiple products inside Product Bundle in Shopify [Pfand - deposit fee & cart fee](https://apps.shopify.com/pfand-deposit-fee/ "Pfand – Deposit & Cart Fee"){rel=""nofollow""} solves the problem to apply the fees inside product bundles in shopify But There might be cases where you have a bundle let's say 2 cases : 1. 6 Bottle PACK contains 6 'X' bottle , All have fees on them ![](https://flydiz.com/images/deposit.png) 2. 6 Bottle PACK / Bundle Contain bottle X,Y,Z, Only some ( X) of them have fees on them,others don't (Y,Z) ![](https://flydiz.com/images/deposit-2.png) To solve the above, there is a good news, It's now easy, ### Prerequisite - Your store must have installed [Pfand deposit & cart fee](https://flydiz.com/pfand-deposit-cart-fee/ "Pfand – Deposit & Cart Fee"){rel=""nofollow""} app - You must have already [created an Multiple fee](https://flydiz.com/how-to-create-pfand-deposit-fees-in-shopify/ "How to create Pfand deposit fees in Shopify"){rel=""nofollow""} using the app ### Fee Strategy recommendation For bundle-related setups, pick the strategy based on checkout behavior: - **Bundle with product**: The fee will be bundled with the main product at checkout. These input fields will always be optional and also dependent on you whether use them or not. These options are created for you to meet your favorable conditions for your target price of the deposit fee. ## Step 2 We provide a lot of options for you to meet your favorable conditions like: - Make the fee one-time: One can either increase the fee value with the increasing quantity of the product or just keep the one time. By selecting this option the amount of fee will not increase with the increasing quantity of the product. For example, I am selling a bottle with 1.22$ deposit fee by default, the amount of the fee will keep increasing with its quantity. If I add two bottles to my cart then I will be charged 2.44$ deposit fee. But if I select the option for making the fee one-time then my fee will remain 1.22$ only even after adding more than 1 bottle to my cart. - Hide from search results: Showing the amount for deposit fees in your search results is always a bad idea. Right? By selecting this option you can hide your deposit fees from the Shopify search results. - Add taxes to the fee: Add different kinds of taxes to your fee by using this option - Make the fee required: Our system secures your fee from the customer's cart by preventing customers to remove it from the cart. By selecting this option, no customer can avoid paying your deposit fee on any purchase made on the product on which you have selected this particular option. ## Step 3 - Add the products you want this fee to be applicable for. - Add the conditions for your cart. These conditions can be the price, weight, and quantity of the products available in your cart. The fees will be applied when the customer meets the selected conditions for your cart. ## Step 4 - Target different types of customers by adding tags. Create and segregate different types of customers by using different name tags and use them by creating different types of fees. ## Step 5 - Select different locations where you want to make this fee applicable for customers. - That's it! Your fee is ready to be charged. - One can also preview their fee on the right side while going through the whole process of setting up the fee. # How to create range based fees in Shopify Range based fee helps you charge deposit/handling fees in slabs based on matched product quantity. For example: - 1 to 50 matched items → 1 fee - 51 to 100 matched items → 2 fees - 101 to 150 matched items → 3 fees ## When should I use range based fee? Use this when your fee should increase by quantity slabs instead of adding one fee per single item. Common use cases: - Bottle/crate return handling in bulk orders - Packaging/recycling fee per batch of units - Warehouse handling fee for quantity ranges ## Requirements 1. [Pfand - Deposit & Cart Fee](https://apps.shopify.com/pfand-deposit-fee){rel=""nofollow""} app is installed 2. Fee should be created in **Auto Mode** 3. Recommended with **Multiple Fee** type for product-based matching ## Steps to create a range based fee 1. Open the app dashboard and click **Create Fee** 2. Choose **Multiple Fee** 3. Add fee details (Fee title, fee price, etc.) 4. In **Triggers**, keep **Auto Mode** enabled 5. In **Fee Information**, enable **Range-based quantity** 6. Set **Items per fee (X)** - Example: `X = 50` 7. Configure your product/cart conditions as needed 8. Click **Activate** ## How calculation works If `Items per fee (X) = 50`, then the fee quantity is calculated as: - Qty 1–50 → Fee qty 1 - Qty 51–100 → Fee qty 2 - Qty 101–150 → Fee qty 3 So the fee grows in blocks of 50 matched items. ## Tips - Keep `X` greater than `0` - Use clear fee title like "Deposit Fee (Range)" so staff can identify it quickly - Test with sample carts at boundary quantities (50, 51, 100, 101) ## Related guides - [How To Create Pfand deposit fees in Shopify](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-create-pfand-deposit-fees-in-shopify) - [How To Create Percentage based Product / Cart fees on Shopify](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-create-percentage-based-product-cart-fees-on-shopify) - [How To Return Deposit Fee to customer](https://flydiz.com/docs/apps/depositfee/depositfee-how-to-return-deposit-fee-to-customer) # How to create Surcharge Fees in shopify? Widget not visible on storefront: Confirm app embed is enabled and theme changes are saved. 2. Icon is visible but widget does not open: Hard refresh storefront and check app embed is active on current theme. 3.
